Resume a workflow execution from an external link
**Behaviour flags:**
`--dry-run` — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action

## Options

    Workflow execution ID
  </definition>

    Workflow step execution ID
  </definition>
  <definition term="--token string required">
    The token created when the workflow execution was paused. Authenticates the request to resume execution.

    Indicates whether a human reviewer approved the paused step. Required for `waitForApproval` when resuming an approval step.
