Install a plugin
**Behaviour flags:**
`--dry-run` — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action

## Options

    URL to install the plugin from (GitHub URL or direct zip URL).
  </definition>

    Optional name override for the plugin. Defaults to the manifest name.
