# Delete a monitor

#### Path Parameters

- `id` (string)
  The identifier for the monitor that you want to delete.

## Description

Delete a monitor from the Synthetics app.
You must have `all` privileges for the Synthetics feature in the Observability section of the Kibana feature privileges.
