### Features and enhancements

- Align configuration with the upstream [browser-sdk](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-browser/tree/main/packages/sdk).


### Chores

- Use the new upstream `@opentelemetry/browser-sdk` package to setup traces and logs signal.
- Switch to the new upstream `navigation` instrumentation from  `@opentelemetry/browser-sdk` package.
  - It replaces the former `@opentelemetry/instrumentation-browser-navigation`. the new instrumentation is a port
  from [opentelemetry-js-contrib](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js-contrib) to
  [opentelemetry-browser](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-browser). There are no changes in the data
  model rather than the scope.
- This change breaks the configuration interface of instrumentation switching the configuration key form the full
  scope to a shorter name `navigation`.
- Update `typescript` package to match the version in [opentelemetry-browser](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-browser).
  - SDK has ben updated to retun a no-op SDK to conform to the types in the previous version.
- Internal JSDoc comments have been updated for better type checking.
- Remove patching of `window.setImmediate` function in the context manager. The function is deprecated and not available
