# Get workflow executions

Availability: Generally available since 9.4

#### Path parameters

- `workflowId` (string) — required
  Workflow ID

## Description

Retrieve a paginated list of executions for a specific workflow.

## Required authorization

- Privileges: `workflowsManagement:readExecution` or `workflowsManagement:managed:readExecution`

## Authentication

- Api key: `Authorization: <value>`
  These APIs use key-based authentication. You must create an API key and use the encoded value in the request header. For example: `Authorization: ApiKey base64AccessApiKey`
- Basic: `Authorization: Basic <credentials>`

## Query string parameters

- `statuses` (enum[] · max items: 11) — optional
  Filter by execution status.
  Values: `pending`, `waiting`, `waiting_for_input`, `waiting_for_child`, `running`, `queued`, `completed`, `failed`, `cancelled`, `timed_out`, `skipped`
- `executionTypes` (enum[] · max items: 2) — optional
  Filter by execution type.
  Values: `test`, `production`
- `executedBy` (string[] · max items: 100) — optional
  Filter by the user who triggered the execution.
- `concurrencyGroupKey` (string) — optional
  Filter by evaluated concurrency group key.
- `omitStepRuns` (boolean) — optional
  Whether to exclude step-level execution data.
- `finishedAfter` (string) — optional
  Datemath lower bound for filtering executions by finishedAt (inclusive when parsed).
- `finishedBefore` (string) — optional
  Datemath upper bound for filtering executions by finishedAt (inclusive when parsed with roundUp).
- `collapse` (enum) — optional
  Field to collapse execution results by.
  Values: `concurrencyGroupKey`, `status`, `executedBy`, `triggeredBy`
- `sortField` (enum) — optional
  Field to sort executions by.
  Values: `createdAt`, `finishedAt`
- `sortOrder` (enum) — optional
  Sort order.
  Values: `asc`, `desc`
- `page` (number · min: 1) — optional
  Page number.
- `size` (number · min: 1 · max: 100) — optional
  Number of results per page.
- `startedAfter` (string) — optional
  Datemath lower bound for filtering executions by startedAt (inclusive when parsed).
- `startedBefore` (string) — optional
  Datemath upper bound for filtering executions by startedAt (inclusive when parsed with roundUp).
