# Manage your Cloud account and preferences
This section explains how to manage your Elastic Cloud account as a user, including your account settings, organizations, and interface preferences.

## Manage your account settings

Your Elastic Cloud account allows you to manage your personal settings, including your email address, password, and authentication methods. You can perform the following tasks at any time from your user profile:

## Manage your organizations

Organizations are groupings of Elastic Cloud resources and associated settings. As an Elastic Cloud user, you can be a member of multiple organizations.
