Stop instances
--deployment-idstringrequired- Identifier for the Deployment.
--resource-kindstringrequired- The kind of resource (one of elasticsearch, kibana, apm, or integrations_server).

--instance-idsstringrequired- A comma-separated list of instance identifiers.
