Update attachment origin

Behaviour flags:

--dry-run — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action

--conversation-id string required

The unique identifier of the conversation.

--attachment-id string required

The unique identifier of the attachment to update.

The origin string (e.g., saved object ID for visualizations and dashboards).

--input-file string

path to a JSON file to use as command input
