Create a value list item

Behaviour flags:

--dry-run — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action

Options

--list-id string required: Value list's identifier.
--value string required: The value used to evaluate exceptions.
--id string: Value list item's identifier.
--meta string: Placeholder for metadata about the value list item.
--refresh string: Determines when changes made by the request are made visible to search.
--input-file string: path to a JSON file to use as command input
--[no-]dry-run: validate all inputs and exit without performing any action (preview changes without applying them)
