Behaviour flags:

--dry-run — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action

--space-id string required: The spaceId parameter
--slo-id string required: The sloId parameter

--budgeting-method string: The budgeting method to use when computing the rollup data.
--description string: A description for the SLO.
--group-by string: optional group by field or fields to use to generate an SLO per distinct value
