Get the cluster health.
Behaviour flags:
--dry-run — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action
--timeoutstring- Explicit operation timeout.
--verbose- Opt-in for more information about the health of the system.
--sizenumber- Limit the number of affected resources the health report API returns.
--featurestring-
A feature of the cluster, as returned by the top-level health report API.
