Add a case comment or alert

Behaviour flags:

--dry-run — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action

Options

--case-id string required: The identifier for the case. To retrieve case IDs, use the search cases (_find) API. All non-ASCII characters must be URL encoded.
--body string
--input-file string: path to a JSON file to use as command input
--dry-run: validate all inputs and exit without performing any action (preview changes without applying them)
