Add Role Assignments

POST /users/{user_id}/role_assignments

Adds a set of RoleAssignments to the specified User. Currently unavailable in self-hosted ECE.

deployment object[]: Assignments for roles with deployment scope.
project object: Assignments for roles with project scope.
